Ex housekeeper accuses Jenner of misconduct

A former employee of Kylie Jenner has filed a new lawsuit accusing the reality TV star and entrepreneur of workplace misconduct.

Juana Delgado Soto, who worked as a housekeeper for Jenner for six years, submitted her complaint to Los Angeles County Superior Court on April 29. According to the filing, Soto alleges she experienced a range of mistreatment during her employment, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, and emotional distress. Jenner’s company, Kylie Jenner Inc., along with other affiliated entities, is also named in the lawsuit.

Soto’s attorney, Della Shaker, stated that her client endured treatment that “stripped her of dignity” and that the lawsuit aims to address both the emotional and physical harm she claims to have suffered.

This case follows a similar lawsuit filed earlier in April by another former housekeeper, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez. In that complaint, Vasquez alleged she faced a hostile work environment marked by discrimination and harassment tied to her race, national origin, religion, and disability. She claimed supervisors mocked her accent and treated her unfairly due to her Salvadoran background.

In Soto’s case, she describes a demanding workload after becoming a full-time employee in 2019. She says she was often left to handle all cleaning duties alone during later shifts, resulting in physically exhausting conditions without adequate support. She also claims she was frequently denied meal and rest breaks and was not properly compensated for overtime, holidays, or sick leave.

Soto further alleges that a manager, Itzel Sibrian, subjected her to racial harassment after becoming her supervisor in late 2023. According to the complaint, Sibrian mocked her English skills, insulted her intelligence, and made derogatory remarks about her ethnicity. Although Soto reported the behavior to human resources and Sibrian was briefly removed, she was later reinstated.

Afterward, Soto claims the manager retaliated against her by cutting her hourly pay, adjusting her schedule to eliminate overtime, and assigning excessive workloads. In one instance, she says she was forced to work past her shift on her birthday for an event, with threats of termination if she refused.

Soto also states that she attempted to notify Jenner directly by leaving a letter detailing the alleged mistreatment. However, she claims she was warned not to contact Jenner again and that conditions worsened afterward, including being instructed to avoid being seen when Jenner was home.

The lawsuit says the ongoing stress led to serious health issues, including anxiety and chest pains. Soto ultimately resigned in August 2025, stating she could no longer continue under the conditions.

She is now seeking financial compensation, including unpaid wages and damages for emotional distress. Jenner’s representatives have not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
