Claudia rumours spark Strictly controversy

Rumours suggesting Claudia Winkleman is harming the future of Strictly Come Dancing have been firmly denied by insiders connected to the show.

The claims surfaced after reports suggested celebrities are increasingly drawn to Claudia’s other successful programme, The Traitors, instead of signing up for the demanding schedule and lengthy commitment required by Strictly. Despite the speculation, another insider dismissed the accusations entirely, insisting Claudia continues to fully support Strictly even after reports that she and longtime co-host Tess Daly are preparing to leave the programme.
