The company acknowledged the impact on passengers’ travel plans and stated that it is working to help affected customers find alternative arrangements.
Options for Affected Passengers
Customers whose journeys have been cancelled can choose from several options:
- Free exchange: Rebook travel for a different date or time at no extra charge, provided the same travel class is selected.
- Refund: Request a refund for the value of the ticket. Processing may take up to 28 days.
- E-voucher: Receive a travel voucher valid for 12 months from the date of the disrupted journey.
Passengers have up to three months from their original travel date to choose between an exchange, refund, or voucher.
Eurostar advises travelers to continue checking its website and mobile app for the latest service updates as weather conditions develop throughout the week.
