Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Reportedly Pause Wedding Plans
Reports have surfaced claiming that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have temporarily put their wedding preparations on hold as the couple navigates a new phase in their relationship.
According to a recent report from the Daily Mail, Swift, 36, had been actively planning her upcoming nuptials with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end before deciding to delay the process. A source claimed that Swift has shifted her focus toward supporting Kelce rather than pushing forward with arrangements.
“Taylor is trying to put him in a better mood by spending more time with him and not bombarding him with wedding plans,” the insider said, adding that Swift wants Kelce to revisit the topic “after he makes his career decision because she knows how important that is to him.”
The pause reportedly follows a challenging 2025–2026 season for Kelce and the Chiefs. “They have been together and in love, enjoying the success of her tour and his Super Bowl wins. However, Travis hasn’t been in this position before—staring at his future with complete 20/20 vision,” the confidant added.
Swift and Kelce were said to have announced their engagement on August 26, 2025.
In other Swift-related news, country star Brad Paisley and actor Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s nonprofit, The Store, expressed gratitude earlier this year for Swift’s charitable support. On January 13, the organization announced on Facebook that Swift had made a “generous gift” to aid its mission of providing accessible groceries to families across Middle Tennessee as it prepares to open a second location.
