Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reunited with Oprah Winfrey five years after their explosive tell-all interview that captivated audiences worldwide and sent shockwaves through Britain’s royal family.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise virtual appearance at an Oprah Daily event earlier today to celebrate the launch of “An Amazing Generation,” a new book aimed at helping young people disconnect from their devices. The publication, formerly known as O, The Oprah Magazine, hosted the event alongside co-authors Jonathan Haidt and Catherine Price.
Harry and Meghan Praise Digital Wellness Efforts
Joining the discussion via video link, Harry and Meghan appeared relaxed and upbeat. Prince Harry opted for a casual quarter-zip fleece, while Meghan wore a soft pink ensemble.
“Over the years we’ve worked with you on how the digital spaces are deeply affecting our collective mental, emotional and physical health,” Harry said. He congratulated the authors for helping spark “a parent-led movement which is astonishing and much-needed.”
Meghan added, “And that we’re proud to be a part of.”

The couple, parents of two, have been outspoken about the risks of excessive screen time among children. In 2024, they launched The Parents’ Network through Archewell Philanthropies to support families concerned about digital well-being and mental health.
