Big Brother icon Chanelle Hayes has officially quit her job as a nurse after just one year to start a new career on OnlyFans.

The 37-year-old reality TV star and mum-of-two made the tough decision to leave nursing, citing overwhelming pressure and emotional strain as key reasons behind her choice.

A close source revealed:

“After years of study and dedication, Chanelle has made the difficult decision to step away from her nursing career. Nursing was something she pursued out of a genuine desire to care for others, but she became frustrated by the lack of time she could spend with patients. The emotional toll eventually became too much.”

Chanelle, who married accountant Dan Bingham in June 2024, decided to embrace new opportunities after receiving strong encouragement from fans. Many long-time followers, who have supported her since her modelling and Big Brother days, urged her to join OnlyFans.

The insider added:

“The platform allows her to be creative, connect directly with her supporters, and enjoy greater control over her time and wellbeing.”

Following her impressive eight-stone weight loss after gastric sleeve surgery in August 2020, Chanelle is now more confident than ever and ready to showcase her transformation on the subscription-based platform.

The former Big Brother 2007 contestant also opened up about feeling restricted by social media rules while working in healthcare.
