A New Chapter for the Former Duke
Prince Andrew Gives Up Royal Lodge After Sarah Ferguson Walks Away — Duchess May Leave UK for Good
Disgraced royal Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has finally agreed to leave Royal Lodge — the sprawling Windsor mansion once gifted by Queen Elizabeth II — after losing the support of his former wife, Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson, insiders claim.
The former Duke of York, 65, will reportedly move into private accommodation on the Sandringham estate, following both his eviction from Royal Lodge and the removal of his birth title of Prince by King Charles III.
Fergie “Deserted” Andrew After 30 Years of Loyalty
According to The Times, Andrew only accepted his fate when it became clear that Fergie was refusing to follow him into exile. Sources close to the Duchess say she has “nowhere else to turn” and that “her phone has simply stopped ringing.”

Ferguson, 66, who married Andrew in 1986 and divorced him in 1996, moved into Royal Lodge in 2008. She is now believed to be exploring a move overseas after declining to relocate to Sandringham.
Sarah Ferguson Plots Major Rebrand After Epstein Scandal
In the wake of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, Fergie has lost numerous patronages and television roles. She was dropped from ITV’s Loose Women and publicly criticised after The Sun on Sunday revealed she had once called Epstein a “supreme friend” in an email.
Sources say Ferguson is now working with a high-end “brand rescue team” to reinvent herself as a leader in the “female positivity” and empowerment space. Her rebrand will reportedly include commercial ventures highlighting her work as a mother, author, and philanthropist.
King Charles Acts to Protect the Monarchy
On Thursday, King Charles III, 76, initiated the formal process of stripping his brother of “the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew.” Though Andrew remains in the line of succession, removing that right would require an Act of Parliament, which the government has ruled out.
Royal commentator Ingrid Seward told The Sun that Ferguson’s daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, will rally around their mother:
“Fergie has always had a huge number of friends, and I’m sure they’ll be rallying around her now. I think she realises she has to distance herself from Andrew and get on with her own life.”
