Kim Kardashian falls at Oscars after-party event

KIM Kardashian has taken a dramatic tumble in ankle-breaking ‘stripper’ shoes at an Oscars after-party.

TV star and entrepreneur Kim fell to the floor after losing her footing in the impressively-high gold heels and was saved by a passerby ‘old lady’ carrying a pink box.

The stumble was captured as she tried to walk in the eight-inch heels – with a four-inch platform – costing around $80 (£59) on the way to the Vanity Fair Oscars party.

The SKIMS founder, 45, shared the embarrassing incident on her social media as she knocked into the random woman and was caught in the arms of one of her glam team.

Dressed to impress in a figure-hugging floor-length gold Gucci number, she could ‘barely walk’ as she made her way to the swanky event

Pre-fall, she tells her people in a hotel room: “I’m nervous for the carpet.”

She asks: “I wonder if this shoe should be tighter?”

As she totters along, she loses her balance and shouts: “Sorry, sorry! My ankle…”

Trying to see if she’s injured herself, she urges: “Wait, let me try and walk on it.

“F***… That poor lady. I grabbed her.

“I grabbed that old lady’s box.” 

She goes on to suggest: “I think we need to make the left foot tighter.”

Earlier in the clip, she asks one of her team: “Is this your first Vanity carpet?”

The woman responds: “No, we went together last year. Do you not recall?” as the team laugh.

The star can be seen posing in front of a mirror whilst leaning on the sideboard and being showered with praise by her team.

“You literally look like a painting,” an insider gushed.

Fans commented on the post: “Omfg… the fall.”

“Is your ankle ok?” inquired a second.

A third penned: “Kim Kardashian can barely walk with those shoes and that dress. The walk is just crazy.”

She added to the stunning look with glamorous make-up and sported blue contact lenses, with fans commenting that she looked like Megan Fox.

The dress had a high neck, long sleeves and long hemline, yet still left very little to the imagination.

She wore her raven colored locks chopped to shoulder length and in a tousled style with a side parting.

Her makeup was bronzed and glowy, and she rocked a nude lip and dark smokey eye.

Kim is currently dating Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.

In another post, Kim showed off her famous curves in the skintight gold dress and captioned it: “GUCCI GIRL.”

Lewis – who was friends with her ­rapper ex Kanye West – left a short and sweet seal of approval with a lovestruck emoji.

Her romance with Lewis became public knowledge after The Sun revealed she flew in from Los Angeles on her £100million private jet to spend an evening with him.

In January, the couple enjoyed a brief stay at the exclusive Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, with insiders saying they had the spa to themselves, before enjoying a meal in a private room.
