The 28-year-old gymnast revealed everything her fans have been curious about — from her implant size to her recovery experience.
Simone Biles Shares the Exact Implant Size
In a candid video posted to TikTok, Biles explained that she underwent her breast augmentation on June 16 in Houston, Texas, with Dr. Kriti Mohan as her surgeon. After reviewing “inspiration photos” together, they decided that under-the-muscle silicone implants would give her the most natural result.
When it came to the question everyone was waiting for, Simone didn’t hold back.
She revealed she chose 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants. Although she had briefly considered going for 330cc, she said they ultimately “wouldn’t fit.”
For context, Simone added that she is 4’8” (142 cm) and weighs 7.5 stone (48 kg). Combined with her “very broad shoulders,” the 310cc size offered the best balance for her frame.
Her Honest Recovery Experience
Simone also shared that recovery was tougher than expected.
On the first day post-surgery, her husband Jonathan Owens had to physically lift her out of bed and help her get to the restroom.
She admitted to having a moment of panic after the surgery, even returning to Dr. Mohan to ask if the implants could be removed because they looked “too big” at first.
“They look like aliens at first — alien breasts,” she joked.
But over time, as swelling reduced and the implants settled, she said, “Now they’re perfect.”
The only lingering effects are the small incisions used to place the implants, which she described as “probably half an inch each” and healing well.
