Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Beckham ready to end family feud

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Beckham are reportedly ready to reconcile with David and Victoria Beckham, but only if his parents make a “substantive and public apology” for how they’ve been treated over the past few years.

A Family Rift That Began at the Wedding

Rumors of tension within the Beckham family first surfaced three years ago during Brooklyn and Nicola’s lavish Palm Beach wedding in April 2022. According to reports, Nicola — an actress and model — refused to wear one of her mother-in-law Victoria’s designs on her big day.

Since then, insiders have claimed that the couple has distanced themselves from the Beckham family, fueling ongoing speculation of a major fallout.

Absence from Major Family Events

Earlier this year, the couple’s absence from Sir David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebrations raised eyebrows. Brooklyn was also seen covering up a tattoo dedicated to his mother, while he unfollowed his brothers, Romeo (23) and Cruz (20), on Instagram.

Adding to the tension, the Beckhams were not invited to Brooklyn and Nicola’s recent vow renewal ceremony in the United States — a move described by insiders as a “final kick in the teeth” for David and Victoria.

What Brooklyn and Nicola Want

According to a new report from the Daily Mail, Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, are open to reconciling but expect a major gesture from his parents first.

“There is an obvious first step which would be a public acknowledgement by David and Victoria of what they did, and an apology,” said a source. “It cannot be performative. There is no realistic chance of reconciliation without that happening first.”

The couple allegedly believe one of the Beckhams’ closest aides leaked false stories to the media, painting Nicola in a negative light during what they call a “one-sided media war.”

Brooklyn’s Loyalty to His Wife

Sources say Brooklyn has remained “completely loyal” to Nicola, despite the strain it’s caused with his family.

“Things got really bad. There is nothing which Brooklyn or Nicola did that would have deserved this treatment,” the insider added.

The reports also note that the couple skipped all three of David’s birthday events earlier this year — including a family party in the Cotswolds, a dinner in London, and a fishing trip. David posted about the trip on Instagram, tagging his eldest son and writing, “You were missed.”

Victoria and David’s Silence

So far, the Beckhams have remained silent about the feud. However, the ongoing distance was evident when Brooklyn and Nicola were notably absent as David received his Knighthood for services to sport and charity earlier this year — an event attended by Victoria, their three youngest children, and David’s parents.

“To have my parents there today, to have my wife and children with me — it makes it a very emotional day,” Sir David said at the time.

Reports later claimed that Brooklyn failed to privately congratulate his father on the achievement, highlighting how deep the rift may have become.

What’s Next for the Beckhams?

Despite years of silence and speculation, sources say Brooklyn and Nicola are finally ready to move forward — but only on their terms. A genuine, public apology from David and Victoria Beckham could be the key to healing one of Britain’s most famous families.
