Link with Galatasaray! Ex-Liverpool star hits out at Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah’s Liverpool future has plunged into uncertainty after the Egyptian star delivered a stunning public outburst directed at manager Arne Slot. Salah, benched for a third consecutive match and left unused in Liverpool’s 3-3 draw with Leeds United, claimed that “someone doesn’t want me at the club,” fueling speculation of a potential January departure.

The forward was photographed leaving the AXA Training Centre on Sunday, spending over three and a half hours inside as major questions hang over his next steps. Saudi side Al-Hilal are reportedly preparing a cut-price offer, sensing an opportunity amid the internal tension.

Salah, who leaves for the Africa Cup of Nations on December 15, admitted he currently has “no relationship” with Slot despite previously enjoying strong communication. Slot avoided commenting on Salah’s remarks, saying his selections are based on the team’s situation.

The 33-year-old told fans he plans to attend Liverpool’s December 13 match against Brighton, possibly to “say goodbye.” His outburst has drawn criticism from club legends, including Michael Owen, who argued that such comments should never be made publicly during a difficult period.

Salah has scored 250 goals in 420 games since joining Liverpool in 2017, ranking third in the club’s all-time scoring list. However, with just five goals in 19 appearances this season, he is on track for his least productive campaign in a Liverpool shirt.
