Inside Charles Leclerc’s romance with model fiancee, from going public at Wimbledon to huge price of engagement ring

The Monegasque driver recently announced his engagement to model and influencer Alexandra Saint Mleux, marking a new chapter in their glamorous relationship.

The couple revealed the news in early November with a joint Instagram post featuring their adorable sausage dog, Leo, captioned: “Mr². & Mrs. Leclerc.”

Congratulations quickly poured in from across the F1 world, including messages from Lewis Hamilton, Carlos Sainz, and Oscar Piastri.

Who Is Alexandra Saint Mleux?

Alexandra, 24, is a French-Mexican art expert who studied Art History at the prestigious École du Louvre, specializing in iconic 20th-century artists such as Picasso, Warhol, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Henri Matisse.

Outside her modeling career—followed by more than 3.1 million fans on Instagram—she works as an Art Coordinator and PR lead at Kamil Art Gallery in Monaco.

Though she and Leclerc both attended the Lycée Albert 1er in Monaco, their age gap means they likely didn’t know each other until adulthood.

Today, Alexandra is a familiar face in the F1 paddock, regularly seen alongside other high-profile partners like Kelly Piquet, Margarida Corceiro, and Rebecca Donaldson.

How Their Relationship Began

Rumors of a romance surfaced in March 2023, after the two were reportedly seen together at Paris Fashion Week.

Leclerc eventually confirmed he was dating someone that May, although he didn’t reveal her name at the time.

Their first public appearance came in July 2023 at Wimbledon, where they attended Day 8 of the tournament with fellow F1 driver Pierre Gasly and his partner Francisca Gomes.

From there, they were spotted on several sporty date nights, including an LA Lakers vs. Portland Trail Blazers game and later a EuroLeague basketball match between AS Monaco and Olympiacos.

Expanding the Family

In April 2024, the couple adopted a puppy named Leo, who quickly became a fan favorite in the paddock.

Leo even bonded with Hamilton’s beloved dog Roscoe, who sadly passed away later that year.

Alexandra was trackside for one of Leclerc’s biggest career moments—his emotional 2024 Monaco Grand Prix victory. The pair later celebrated at a glamorous gala in the principality before spending Christmas together in Mexico.

They also made a red-carpet appearance at the F1 Movie premiere in May.

A High-Speed Love Story Reaches New Milestone

With their relationship stronger than ever, Leclerc proposed—complete with a show-stopping engagement ring.

Jewellery expert Laura Taylor estimated the stunning diamond to be worth over £400,000 ($525,000).

With Leclerc earning a reported £27 million per year at Ferrari and boasting a net worth estimated between £40m and £96m, the extravagant ring comes as no surprise.
