Kim Kardashian Wants $20M Met Gala Necklace Gift
Good things can happen when you ask for them.
In a preview of the next episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian talks about the success of her new Hulu series All’s Fair. She then jokingly asks Disney and Hulu if they would buy her the $20 million diamond necklace she wore at the 2025 Met Gala as a reward for having the No. 1 show on the platform.
At the May 5 event, the 45-year-old SKIMS founder wore a two-piece crocodile-leather outfit by Chrome Hearts. She completed her look with pearl details, a leather hat and the very expensive diamond necklace.
In a confessional scene, Kardashian says, “Hulu, Disney, will you buy it for me? For having the No. 1 show on Hulu? Come on, guys.”
She adds that if they say yes, the gift would be “a great deal.”
All’s Fair is a legal drama created by Ryan Murphy. Kardashian stars as divorce lawyer Allura Grant and also works as an executive producer. The cast includes Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, and Teyana Taylor.
The story follows a group of female divorce attorneys who leave a male-dominated law firm to start their own powerful practice. Even though the show received very negative reviews at first — it debuted with 0% on Rotten Tomatoes — Deadline reported that it got 3.2 million global views within its first three days on Hulu. This made it Hulu Originals’ biggest scripted series premiere in three years.
On Monday, Nov. 24, Ryan Murphy Productions announced that the hit show had already been renewed for a second season, only weeks after its Nov. 4 premiere.
Kardashian told PEOPLE magazine that she felt emotional when filming the show: “You put your heart and soul into something, and it’s not guaranteed to be a hit. What if it doesn’t work?”
Season 2 will begin filming in spring 2026.
Season 1 of All’s Fair is streaming now on Hulu, with new episodes released every Tuesday at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET until Dec. 23.
