Waking up in the rough camp conditions, the 45-year-old radio presenter admitted, “This is definitely a departure from what I’m used to.”

Blissfully unaware, he woke up feeling great after a comfortable sleep on the luxury bed he won in Sunday’s challenge. Later in the show, Ruby guided a group meditation session attended by Lisa, Shona, Jack, Kelly, and Alex. Kelly asked how she learned to meditate, and Ruby revealed that she earned a degree in neuroscience, mindfulness, and cognitive therapy at Oxford, adding that her university peers were “snobby.”
